MARY SPALDING OF SPALDING WAY

A Life in Design

Mary’s education and experiences equipped her with the tools to launch her own design firm in 1990. Throughout her career, Mary focused primarily on residential interiors, the results of which have been published in national and regional magazines, including Veranda, Elle Décor, Nashville Lifestyles, and Sophisticated Living.

In addition to being a successful and sought-after designer, Mary has established herself as an antiques dealer, specializing in the importation of Continental antiques of the 16th to 18th century with a keen interest in all things Italian.

Mary lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband, Dr. Michael Spalding, and her English Springer Spaniels Sammy and Lily, who provide her with unconditional love and unending inspiration.
